When the communication is with the company manager then good managerial skill is needed. A medical communicator must make the patient’s feel at ease to discuss all the known effects. He must not approach normal public in the way the patient’s are treated. The medical writer would be solely responsible to provide documentation of any products, machine, and medicine. This documentation is believed to be true by public, doctors, and health care agencies. Hence, any false proclaims, false documentation produced on illegal medicines or non-tested medicines or even an irregularly analyzed product would lead to great life loss. Every medical writer must have the ethical behavior to make sure that he or she does not affect the physical or mental life of any public professional.
