It is your wish to either do freelance writing or join teams with your friends or to get a position in a company as an employee. It all depends on your effort and your characteristics. If you are a deterministic person then you can do wonders in that case. If you fear standing alone then stand in-group. If you feel difficult to promote a group and fear to stand alone, then better get into a company that could assist you in all activities. It is not that if you join in a company you are left out of work. Remember even at companies you must prove your unique style only then you will be appreciated to be there. Else, they will not wait to throw you out for someone who could do better than you could. Therefore, it is all in your talent and way of doing the job sincerely.

Working as a medical writer would require a lot of efforts and pains from the writer’s side. However, all this until you get a state of recognition. Once you get recognition, it does not mean that you are free. However, it means that you could be at ease in your chair and just demand people to pay you for your skilled work. That is what important in any writing profession. Also, remember never demand lot than exactly needed for the job.
